I think it would be nice to have a peaceful Sun group here on the Oregon Coast. Open to all who receive or read The Sun — you don’t have to write, but we could test our skills! If you’d like to be in on the ground floor of this endeavor, let me know. I don’t really know how to go about this, but maybe we can all get our heads together and find a way to make it happen.

Join other Sun readers in the Salem or upper Willamette Valley area. We meet once a month, typically on the second or third Thursday evening for about two hours to discuss each issue. One fun, quick, shared writing session is usually part of the experience to get our creative juices flowing, but discussion of the issue is the focus. We meet in a member's house, or we may meet in town and enjoy a snack or drink together. The group is small but lively and reflective, plus we all love dogs! Come join us!
