Whitney Phillips

Whitney Phillips, an assistant professor of communication and rhetorical studies at Syracuse University, has been studying disinformation and media manipulation for more than a decade. Phillips’s book You Are Here, written with coauthor Ryan M. Milner, was published in March in an online-only edition. (It will get a hardcover release in 2021.)
