Misty Hasman once belonged to an Anglican Community in New York City. She entered at 17 and stayed there four-and-a-half years. She is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and is now working on her masters at Goddard College in Plainfield, Vermont, which is an independent writing program. She lives in Chapel Hill.
