Richard Margolis

Richard Margolis lives in Rochester, New York, and is the author of Family Gatherings: Seder Tables and Spirit of the River. The photograph he contributed to this issue was actually taken by his aunt, who was an amateur photographer in the 1940s and ’50s. He has been making new prints from her negatives and is putting together a book of her work titled Loretta Judson Photographs.
