Doug Crandell’s most recent book is the novel They’re Calling You Home, and his short story “Shanty Falls” was included in the 2020 Best American Mystery Stories. Recently he’s taken up boxing with a sandbag in his barn in Douglasville, Georgia.

Feliz Moreno was born and raised in Northern California and comes from a family of Mexican American farmworkers. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in The Acentos Review, Longreads, and Apogee. She is a library associate and the managing editor for VIDA Review.

S.B. Rowe is a writer who lives in southern Idaho. She is working on a memoir about growing up on a high-desert farm on the edge of the Snake River Canyon.

Debra Spencer’s poetry collection Pomegranate was published in 2004. She lives in Santa Cruz, California.

John Struloeff’s first job was as a gas-station attendant in Oregon, which somehow led to his current appointment as the poet laureate of Malibu, California. His latest book is The Work of a Genius, a verse biography of Albert Einstein.

Ira Sukrungruang writes short stories, poetry, and nonfiction. His most recent book is the essay collection Buddha’s Dog & Other Meditations. He teaches writing at Kenyon College.

Saint James Harris Wood lives in San Diego, California, but his poetry has been published and stolen in eight countries. His forthcoming book, Narcotic Field Theory, has been denounced by libertarians as “All lies!” which makes sense, since it’s a novel.
