His latest book, Shared Victory, A Collection of Unusual World Records ($4.50 from Ron Jones, 1201 Stanyan St., San Francisco, Ca. 94117) records “gallant imagination and cooperative effort” among his students in such activities as “tallest inner tube sandwich,” “most catchers of a tennis ball with a fishnet,” “longest human conveyor belt,” and so on. It’s a delight.
