Thomas M. Atkinson is an author and playwright who lives with his wife and two sons in Anderson Township, Ohio. His first novel, Strobe Life, is available for Kindle from Amazon, and his story in this issue is part of an unpublished collection called Standing Deadwood. He won the Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award for 2012.
