There was a woman with one desire: to win a tennis game with God.
She invited God to play tennis. God agreed and they set a date: Saturday, March 3.
She arrived at the court and it was empty. She waited an hour and no one came. Frustrated, she hit the ball over the net. To her surprise, it came back. She hit it again — it came back again. She realized God was playing.
She and God played all afternoon. Wherever she hit the ball, God would return it. But she noticed God’s backhand was weak, so she exploited that.
The woman won, and suddenly was frightened. She had beaten God. Was God a fraud? Would the Universe end?
Then she remembered: God fulfills all the wishes of a devotee.
After that, she and God played tennis every weekend. She always let God win.
